CIVIL ENGINEERING

• Technical Division (10 y)
• Field Management (5y)

• Development Planning (5y)

Qualification

• Experience in construction management, project management, Contract management and project business management

• Have knowledge of the project construction environment rule including AMDAL

ECONOMICAL BACKGROUND

• • Finance & Accounting (10y)
  • Budgeting (5y)
  • Treasurer (5y)
  • Accountant (5y)
  • Verificator (5y)
  • Tax & Administration (5y)

Qualification

• Experience and have knowledge of the project construction cost control

• Proven track record in developing and implementation of financial and accounting system

• Manage the budget and finances of the project

• Excellent technical knowledge in accounting and internal controls, audit or risk management experience is preferred

• Experience in accounting software implementation in an organization

• Responsible to financial activity, including administration handling, ability to do analytics on financial report, able to prepare financial report, having knowledge of taxations

LAW & PSYCHOLOGY

• HR & GA (Law – 10y)

• General Affairs
• Logistic
• General Services

Qualification

• Responsible to create and implement an effective HR program including recruitment, , compensation&benefits, staff relation and performance management. Good knowledge and skill to making business agreement and good implementation in labor law. Have the ability to manage and control day to day administration and operation of General Services includes facilities, building maintenance, and transportation

PROJECT

• • Project Coordinator
  • Road Specialist
  • Bridge Specialist
  • Quality Assurance
  • Finance & Administration

Qualification

• Have knowledge of the Project Management.

• Have knowledge of the Project Construction materials

• Have knowledge of the Project Construction safety rules

• Have knowledge of the Project Environmental rules

• Have knowledge of t he Project Construction Cost control

General Requirements

Good interpersonal and communication skills, High integrity, dynamic and independent, Innovative, self motivated

Good analytical and conceptual thinking, Able to work as a team and independently and responsible, Computer literate skill
